do that many people need shrinks?

Well, this is my first web site and my first thought is, 'why in the hell do i need a web site?' and more accurately, 'why in the hell does any individual need a web site?' i'm thinking that blogspot may be a cheap version of a shrink for many people and a place for people to pour their hearts out to someone...anyone.
me?....i'm just bored.
