a decade under the influence

did anyone see this documentary on ifc? well, after watching it this weekend, i've come to find that i really haven't seen any of the so-called 'important' or 'groundbreaking' films of the '70s. and i probably should. so i've started a list of '70s movies that i just have to see so that i can make witty, knowing comments about one flew over the cuckoo's nest and debate the validity of easy rider. does anyone have any films they love that i should put on the top of my list?
