I've said a few bad things about Ellen Pompeo in my day. She's my least favorite character on "Grey's Anatomy" and most of the time she looks anorexic, yellow, and unhealthy. I still saddened by her last award show appearance in purple velvet and a slicked back ponytail. But I have to give props when props are due.

At the People's Choice Awards she looked completely healthy with glowing skin and good hair. Sure, heavy on the eye liner but much improved! Well played Ellen!
