setting goals


the following form was sent to all execs or supervisors with employees under them:

Use this form to help your employee identify performance goals that support our goal of creating shareholder value. The established goals should be "stretch goals," meaning that they are extremely difficult, yet realistically achievable given extraordinary effort. Please refer to the Performance Management Quick Reference for Managers Guide if you have any questions. If more than three goals is established, please use additional goal setting forms.

my boss and i talked about my upcoming goals for the year. i want to go to europe, get a tan, and hang out with christian bale. he says those are excellent "stretch goals". i had some more but we didn't want to use additional goal setting forms.
