I have many thoughts about America's first family, the Cruises. I really can't articulate my jumbled thoughts that well though. But I apparently don't need to because this picture says it all.

Katie (sorry, Kate) is drugged into submission, blissfully unaware of her past life as a normal teenager, and waiting for her next Barney's shopping trip so she can buy another pair of jeans. Tom can't believe how far his career has plummeted and doesn't understand why Scientology couldn't help the Mission Impossible 3 box office. And (surprisingly cute) Suri looks amused that she's at the center of this circus act.
